q: how long before my strands ship?
a: our strands are made to order, blessed, and then they are shipped. please allow 10-14 business days to receive your tracking number. it is a slight wait, but we promise you won't regret it.
q: USPS says my package is delayed/no update.
a: yes, USPS is totally in shambles right now. they also just decided to slow down the time that some packages get delivered in. unfortunately, BR can't provide any further information. we do not provide refunds for delayed orders.
q: how long do my custom products take to ship?
a: please allow 21 business days for your products to be constructed.
q: USPS/UPS said my order was delivered, but nothing came. Can I have a refund?
a: if your order has been marked delivered by USPS to the address you submitted and you did not receive it, BR is not responsible for the package. Please file a lost package claim with USPS or the appropriate carrier.
q: i'm an international customer! does BR cover duties and fees?
a: no, customers are responsible for all duties and fees associated with their order.
q: i'd like to make a return.
a: all sales are final. if your merchandise arrives broken for any reason, please email images of the product and packaging to firstname.lastname@example.org.
q: i need to cancel my order.
a: to cancel an order, please reach out to us via our contact page or email@example.com within 24 hours of your order. after 24 hours, you may receive store credit for the cost of the items only.
q: i just realized that i gave you the wrong address! my package went to the wrong place, can you send it again?
a: we will not refund or replace packages that were sent to the address provided at checkout. as soon as you realize you provided the wrong address, please reach out. we will do our best to change it before it heads out of the door.
q: i missed my spiritual consultation appointment, can i reschedule?
a: unfortunately, all missed appointments are considered no-shows and are not able to be rescheduled or refunded. you must book another consultation to receive an appointment.
if you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so within 24 hours of your consultation or it will count as a no-show. there is a 10 minute window for lateness to your appointment. after 10 minutes, it is a considered canceled.
q: my strand(s) broke! can i have a replacement?
a: unfortunately once a strand has been tied onto your body, we are unable to replace it. strands break due to spiritual reasons or because they were tied incorrectly. please make sure to view our how to tie video for help!
